Scope of Work Opportunity Home San Antonio, formerly known as the San Antonio Housing Authority and its affiliated entities, hereby invites qualified independent Respondents to submit bids for inspection, evaluation, repair, and/or stabilization of the foundation for units 120 and 121 at William Sinkin Apartments, located in San Antonio Texas, TX. Questions Due Date Sep 23rd 2024, 10:00 AM CDT For each day that performance under a resulting contract from this IFB is delayed beyond the time specified for completion, the selected Respondent shall be liable for liquidated damages in the amount of $100.00 per day All bids must be accompanied by a negotiable bid guarantee which shall not be less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. The bid guarantee may be a certified check, bank draft, U.S. Government Bonds at par value Performance Bond: The selected Respondent must provide Opportunity Home a 100% Performance Bond for the total contract value; however, Payment Bond: The selected Respondent must provide Opportunity Home a 100% Payment Bond for each Project Contract executed by Opportunity Home, however Time for Completion: The selected Respondent shall immediately mobilize and commence work at the time stipulated in the Notice to Proceed to the selected Respondent and shall be fully completed within 90 days unless specified otherwise in Respondents response.
