Site work for an educational facility in Morehead, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Questions must be submitted no later than October 3, 2024 at 3PM EST. The AAC Fire & Life Safety Project will be located at the Athletic Academic Complex (AAC) Building at 111 Playforth Drive on the campus of Morehead State University. The project includes a new fire alarm system for the entire building and a new sprinkler suppression system including a new water supply line into the building and new riser in the old McClure swimming pool area that is being remodeled into the new MSU Volleyball area as detailed within the construction documents. Substantial completion shall be 300 calendar days after contract start date. Final completion shall be 330 calendar days after contract start date. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the base bid. A 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond shall be furnished by the successful bidder All questions related to this project must be directed to Andrea Stone at a.stone@moreheadstate.edu. Questions must be submitted no later than October 3, 2024 at 3PM EST. Morehead State University, Procurement Services, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all formalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the University may be served.
