Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lewiston, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
Project consists of a new varsity soccer field - two soccer practice fields - new restroom building - new PE equipment and storage room building all associated site work. As of November 11, 2024, this project is under construction. Construction commenced early November 2024 and is expected to finish August 2025. Lewiston School District has engaged Kenaston Corporation as the CM/GC for this project. Kenaston Corporation is requesting bids for Lewiston High School - Phase II - Athletic Complex: Soccer Fields/Practice Fields/Restroom Building/PE Equipment & Storage Room Building.
