Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lewiston, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project involves construction of a parking lot, sidewalk, access road, bathroom foundation, sewer service, water service, drainage swale, conduit, and site grading. Phase 2 work will include Outdoor Fitness Equipment concrete pads, sidewalks, basketball court, and other related improvements. Phase 2 work may commence while the Contractor is completing the Parking Lot Project. The Contractor shall complete the grading in Phase 2 area during the initial stages of construction. Contractor to coordinate and allow access for Phase 2 contractor during work sequencing.
