Tulare Building 1 & 2 Demolition 620 S K St, Tulare, CA 93274 Budget: $600,000.00 SCOPE OF WORK: The project will consist of labor, equipment, and materials to demolish existing building 1 and 2 at the Tulare Country Fair (Fair) located at 620 S K St, Tulare, CA 93274, BASE BID (REFER TO SHEET A1.1 FOR DEMOLITION BOUNDARY DEMARCATION): o Demolish all buildings and completely wipe the site within area of work as noted and outlined in plan set. o GC to field verify and locate all utilities and coordinate plan of action for abandonment and protection as applicable to keep all fairground operations and other buildings operational at all times. further coordination with fair CEO and AOR will be required. o See civil plans for grading, drainage, and demolition plans. o Temporary chain link construction fencing to be installed around perimeter of area of work. o The future building pad is not a part of this scope for this project. o GC is responsible for AQMD permit The above scope of work is provided as an overview.
