CONTRACT WORK DESCRIPTION: The Work comprises but is not limited to: mobilization; traffic control; 1.5-inch AC grind, 1.5-inch AC overlay, adjust water valve cans and covers to finished grade, adjust utility manhole covers to finished grade, remove and reconstruct ADA ramps, remove and reconstruct asphalt hump, remove and reconstruct concrete spandrel and cross gutters, and replace signing and striping. Work shall take place along Scenic Ridge Drive from western City limits to Rimrock Avenue and from Rimrock Avenue to Rock Springs Drive, in accordance with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding guidelines. 10% Bid Bond Awarded contractor will be required to submit a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond. 40 working days.
