Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Chino Hills, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Work comprises but is not limited to: Construction of Phase A parking lot expansion as part of the base bid; alternate bids include miscellaneous site improvements within the existing parking lot and Community Park; additive bids include the construction of trash enclosures. Project scope includes mobilization, demolition, earthwork, grading, tree removal, hauling and disposal, removal and reconstruction of existing concrete and asphalt pavement, construction surveying and staking, trash enclosure, electrical work and lighting, landscaping and irrigation, pavement resurfacing, and miscellaneous site improvements as indicated on the construction plans and specifications. (Note to Bidders: Prospective bidders must be listed in the City of Chino Hills Engineering Division's project Plans Holders List to ensure receipt of issued addendum, if any, prior to submitting bid.) Phone (909) 364-2770 to purchase plans. 10% Bid Bond Awarded contractor will be required to submit a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond Contractor's Minimum Qualification: The minimum acceptable experience shall include direct responsibility for performing the necessary work. To be qualified, bidders must have the experience, manpower, and equipment necessary and have successfully completed a minimum of three (3) similar-type parking lot and paving construction project in the last five (5) years.
