Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chino Hills, California. Completed plans call for site work for a 837,223-square-foot road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Work comprises, but is not limited to the construction of new trailer parking spaces for horse trailers, relocation of ADA parking stall closer to the existing arena restroom facility, and removal of existing decomposed granite and installation of new asphalt pavement in the main parking lot, and slurry seal existing asphalt pavement and restriping of the main parking lot and adjacent drive aisles located at 14280 Peyton Drive, Chino Hills, CA 91709. The City of Chino Hills ("City") is accepting bids for the proposed improvements of the McCoy Equestrian Center Trailer Parking Area/Existing Parking located at 14280 Peyton Drive, Chino Hills, CA 91709. General work will include the construction of new parking spaces for horse trailers, relocation of an ADA parking stall, and removal of existing decomposed granite, to be replaced with new asphalt pavement, slurry seal existing asphalt, and restriping on the main parking lot.
