Description

Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Fort Peck, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.

The Scope of Work, in brief includes the removal and replacement of existing mechanical heating and cooling systems and associated work indicated in the Contract Documents. A report on the presence of hazardous materials is on file for review and use from the Fort Peck Fine Arts Council. Examine report to become aware of locations where hazardous materials are present. The Fort Peck Fine Arts Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities or informalities, and to accept or reject any and all bids. The Project shall be Substantially Complete on or before Tuesday, April 15, 2025. Bid Proposals shall be accompanied by bid security meeting the requirements of the Contract Documents in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount made out in favor of the Fort Peck Fine Arts Council. The successful bidder will furnish an approved Performance Bond and Payment Bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. Questions shall be directed to A&E Design at the email address indicated in the Project Manual.
