Renovation of an educational facility in Lachine, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the Des Berges-de-Lachine elementary school building located at 50 34e Avenue, Lachine H8T 1Z2. The scope of work includes the renovation of the envelope (windows, masonry and canopies) replacement of exterior lighting fixtures on the walls, completion of electrical work for the rear wall (conduits to be relocated or temporarily removed). TIMELINE: Working drawings are ongoing. The owner has awarded an additional professional consultant Groupe Farley to provide consulting services in electrical and mechanical engineering. According to the owner's scheduling a tender for the general contractor will be issued in late summer/fall 2026.
