Reference Number: 0000363127 The Weber School District is seeking statements of qualifications and performance data (SOQ) from firms engaged in providing design professional services in the state of Utah. Statements will be used and evaluated to create a list of pre-qualified design professional services firms. This is a open-ended prequalification process. This list will be utilized when the procurement of design professional services are needed. Projects greater than $50,000 are subject to Board of Education approval. The anticipated starting term is October/November 2024 through April/May 2026. Question Deadline 09/30/2024 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online : Yes . Weber School District reserves the right to negotiate the fees for all projects issued. All fees may be negotiated at the time the opportunity is issued to the selected and most qualified firm on the rotation. If fair and reasonable compensation, contract requirements, and contract documents cannot be agreed upon with the selected firm, the Weber School District shall advise the firm in writing of the termination of negotiations. Upon failure of negotiations, the Weber School District will enter into negotiations with the next most qualified firm. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
