The City of Charlotte, Michigan is seeking sealed bids for Downtown Snow Removal for the 2024/25 Season. The snow removal season, for the purpose of this proposal, is November 15, 2024, through April 15, 2025. A more complete packet of information is available in the Public Works Department Office at 111 E. Lawrence Avenue, Charlotte, MI. In general, t he scope of the work that is required includes the area designated by the City. The s now removal shall be completed as necessary to keep sidewalks and other areas clear and passable. All vendors are encouraged to contact the Public Works Department if planning on submitting a sealed bid. If you have any questions, please contact (517) 543-8858. The City of Charlotte, Michigan reserves the right to request clarification on bids if deemed non-comparable. Alternatively, the City Manager may reject all bids and seek new sealed, competitive bids solely at the discretion of the City of Charlotte, Michigan.
