Seeking Sealed Bids for Walnut Street Engineering and Construction Services The City of Charlotte, Michigan is seeking sealed bids for Walnut Street Engineering and Construction Services. The sealed bid shall include the vendor's name, a detailed not to exceed cost to provide the services, a sample contract to be requested if selected, and any other relevant information that addresses the scope of services. The professional services project relates to the design, grant implementation, and construction services related to a Michigan Department of Transportation, Transportation Economic Development Fund Category B, Community Service Infrastructure Fund Grant. The construction project includes the milling and resurfacing of the existing asphalt pavement with patches as required on Walnut Street from Lincoln Street to Shepherd Street including curb and gutter replacement as needed, and ADA ramp upgrades as needed to meet current standards. A copy of the grant application is available for review. All vendors are encouraged to contact the City Manager's Office if planning on submitting a sealed bid.
