The scope of services relates to providing SIDEWALK snow/ice clearing services to specific property's that the City of Charlotte identifies. A list of incompliant properties will be provided approximately 72 hours after the snow event has concluded per the City Code Administrator. At which time the snow/ice clearing service of the side walk in front of the property shall be completed within 24 hours of receiving the work list. The City of Charlotte, Michigan reserves the right to request clarification on bids if deemed non-comparable. Alternatively, the City Manager may reject all bids and seek new sealed, competitive bids solely at the discretion of the City of Charlotte, Michigan.
