City of Charlotte, Michigan Seeking Sealed Bids for Combs Industrial Park Street and Utility Design Services The sealed bid shall include the vendor's name, a detailed not to exceed cost to provide the services, a sample contract to be requested if selected, and any other relevant information that addresses the scope of services. The scope of services includes developing a preliminary design for potential street and utility layouts, providing cost estimates on improvements, and providing services to apply for grants to fund the final project. All vendors are encouraged to contact the City Manager's Office if planning on submitting a sealed bid. If you have any questions, please contact 517-543-8850 or rhillard@charlottemi.org. The City of Charlotte, Michigan reserves the right to request clarification on bids if deemed non-comparable. Alternatively, the City Manager may reject all bids and seek new sealed, competitive bids solely at the discretion of the City of Charlotte, Michigan.
