The scope of this tender is for the supply of all labour and equipment required to provide winter maintenance to the parking lots at the East Elgin Community Complex for the 2024-2025 season. Winter maintenance includes snow plowing, sanding, and salting. The work is weather dependent with no guarantees for weekly work. The goal is to provide winter maintenance to a level that provides a reasonable standard of care for the users. The Town of Aylmer acting in its capacity as administering municipality is seeking to enter into a service agreement for the 2024-2025 winter maintenance season terminating on April 30, 2025. Upon agreement and approval by the East Elgin Community Complex Board the contract may be extended for an additional one-year term until April 30, 2026.
