Reference Number 0000281261 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/11/22 02:00:00 PM EST Bid Intent Deadline 2024/11/27 02:00:00 PM EST The focus for the study is for an Architectural Prime Consultant to provide a broad range of architectural, engineering, design, and other specialized services to deliver a Feasibility and Options Analysis Report for current and future OPC training needs in Aylmer. This study takes place at Ontario Police College (OPC), located at 10716 Hacienda Rd, Alymer, ON. Ministry of the Solicitor General (SOLGEN) is requesting to complete an analysis of three (3) options for renovation and expansion of the Ontario Police College (OPC) at Aylmer, ON. This analysis should include at minimum: the development of opportunities to augment the existing training capacity on short-term basis, and assessment of long-term options. Which includes functional program development, review of the suitability of adjacent land opportunities, site due diligence activities on all existing and proposed sites, and design options to meet the long-term needs of the OPC. This will allow the OPC to meet modernized training requirements. The facility expansion will also enable training of more recruits in response to policing sector needs and meet the complexity of the training demands.
