The winning bidder shall furnish all materials, conduit, cabling, low-voltage electrical work, labor at prevailing wage rates, and any required equipment to complete the job as specified below Furnish and install a new electronic access control lock system compatible with the Lenel S2 Netbox Extreme system currently operating at Boston City Hall. The system shall consist of an electromagnetic lock assembly, RFID card reader, motion REX device, hard-wired door release button mounted under the main reception desk, and hard-wired push-to-exit pneumatic button on the existing bronze single door that serves as the main entrance to the Boston City Council reception area. Run all low-voltage wiring and CAT6 data cabling needed to integrate newly installed hardware with the existing Lenel S2 Access Control Node serving the City Council area including all necessary conduit, junction boxes, gang boxes, or other materials to ensure a neat and uniform appearance. Existing conduit may be used if space allows. Installation shall occur on the 5th Floor of Boston City Hall, on the single-hung bronze door that serves as the main entrance to the Boston City Council reception.
