Sanitary sewer extension in the Chub Run area to approximately 88 customers including approximately 19,400' of gravity sewer line varying in diameter from 6" through 12", 105 manholes, one lift station, approximately 1,600' 4" C900 DR-18 forcemain pipe and associated restoration including HMA overlay, crusher run overlay and other restoration activities. The Work will be substantially completed within 270 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 300 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Town of Nutter Fort in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid.
