Site work for a water / sewer project in Rainelle, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Greenbrier County Public Service District #2 (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following: Contract #3-Quarry Waterline Extension Installation of approximately 1,500 LF of 10" HDPE Water Line (Directional Drilled), 300 LI of Ductile Irun Water Line 17,500 LF PVC Waler Line, 30 Gate Valves, 5 Fire Hydrants, 3 Air Release Valves, Surface Restoration, and related appurtenances for a complete and operational potable water system. This construction of this project will be funded in part with funds made available from the Federal Government through the US Army Corps of Engineers Section 340 program. Estimate value - $1,600,000 Question Deadline 09/30/2024 Scope of Work: This Section includes the clearing, grubbing, and restoration of the Site including, but not limited to, the following: 1. Clearing, grubbing, and restoration. 2. Protection of designated trees and vegetation. 3. Private fence considerations. 4. Off-site disposal of all material generated by the clearing and grubbing operations. 5. Stripping, stockpiling, and reapplying of topsoil.
