Contract No. 1 - Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of one 80 KW Standby Emergency Generator at the City Hall, one 150 KW Standby Generator at the Rainelle Water Plant, and one 30 KW Standby Emergency Generator at the Lilly Park Water Plant, Concrete Pads, Panels, Transfer Switches, wiring and other related items as outlined in the Plans and Drawings. Bids will be received for Contract No. 1. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bidding Documents also may be examined at: Town of Rainelle City Hall, 201 Kanawha Avenue, Rainelle, WV 25962. No Bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the time of the opening of the Bids. Any Contractor submitting a Bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates, and acknowledges that he has a license and meets all the qualifications required by the statutes of the State and subdivision in which the work is to be performed. The Contractor shall comply with the West Virginia Contractor Licensing Act and shall require all subcontractors to comply with that Act. A Contractor's License Number is to be included on the bid submission. Pursuant to West Virginia Code _ 5-22-2, requirements stated in the advertisement for bids and the bid form may not be waived by any public entity.
