Contract #7 Equipment This construction of this project will be funded in part with funds made available from the Federal Government through the US Army Corps of Engineers Section 340 program. Bidders must comply with all applicable laws and regulations for construction projects receiving Federal aid including, but not limited to, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and the Davis-Bacon Act as amended. Contract #7 - Equipment (Vendor Bid) Furnish and deliver one (1) backhoe and one (1) trailer with all necessary appurtenances as indicated in the specifications. Equipment (Vendor Bid) 90/120 The Work will be substantially completed and ready for final payment after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as listed above. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000.00 per day. A bidder may not withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of bids. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Greenbrier County Public Service District #2 in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. Contractors are required to comply with all laws pertaining to federal wage rates as issued in accordance with the Davis Bacon Act.
