Site Address: 1910 West High School Road. Description: The work includes removal of the existing roof and installation of a new roof on the Jackson Hole High School. Low Slope 1. Tear off existing single ply membrane to expose current insulation, tear off includes metal coping and flashings, replaced damaged insulation with new insulation, matching thickness and slope 2. Mechanically attach new recover board to existing decking substrate according to wind up lift calculations 3. ROOF AREA "B" ONLY - Tear off roof to entirety, expose decking substrate (see roof plan "B", install tapered polyisocyanurate insulation, polyisocyanurate coverboard and gypsum recover board 4. Ensure taper/saddles & crickets drain water correctly 5. Install new base sheet shingle in cold adhesive in field and along wall flashings. Press and nail off any voids 6. Install FB KEE in field and wall/curb flashings. Apply field and wall flashings with spray/roll on adhesive. Fully heat weld field and wall flashing seams. Complete all inside & outside corner details by fully heat welding. 7. Install new metal copings, scupper box's, wood nailers, termination bars, counter flashings and lead drain pans. 8. Contractor is responsible for all electrical and plumbing disconnect and reconnect.Standing Seam 1. Tear off and dispose of existing standings seam metal roof and flashings. 2. Install manufacturers high temperature ice & water shield in shingle fashion over existing 3. Roof panels to be roll formed and curved onsite to match existing roof slope and length, panels shall be complete in length without field splice or lap. Slips shall be attached to bearing plate. 4. Panels shall be attached to 1-piece clip and rail system per wind up lift calculations 5. New ridge cap, rake, valley, fascia and eave metal to ve installed per manufacturer detail 6.
