Renovation of an educational facility in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Location: Woodrow Wilson Elementary School 166 Halstead Avenue Sloan, NY 14212. Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid. Question Deadline 09/27/2024 All questions, interpretations, clarifications, etc. pertaining to the bid documents must be made in the separate form provided on the next page and emailed to Ashley Jewett at ashleyj@youngandwright.com with the email subject Cheektowaga Sloan Capital Outlay Project 2024-2025 at least ten days prior to the bid opening. All questions are to reference a drawing number or specification section with page number. Bidders or subcontractors who return all Bidding and Contract Documents in good condition within ten (10) days after award of bid and have remitted payment, will receive a full refund of the deposit.
