Cost Estimate is less than $300,000. The project includes repairs to the inner harbor bulkhead located at the Cape Charles Harbor Marina. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5.0 percent of Bidder's maximum Base Bid price and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond (on the form attached) issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraphs 5.01 and 5.02 of the General Conditions. Question Deadline 10/11/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in any bid. Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete within 90 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions.
