The City of Pendleton is seeking proposals for the redevelopment of the building at 13 SW Byers Ave in Pendleton, known as each the Christian Science Building and the Bisnett Building. The project objectives for the site are consistent with Comprehensive Plan designation and development policies for the City. The City of Pendleton desires to work in partnership with the Development Team to facilitate development of the subject site to meet the following objectives. The City is looking for a coordinated concept plan for the entire site. The concept plan diagram does not need to be detailed at this point (e.g., a bubble diagram or schematics of the site). Even if a Development Team's ultimate plans only propose to develop a portion of the site, the City needs an overall concept plan for the entire site to evaluate how the whole site could be developed.
