Four years ago, a purchase of brine tanks was solicited through an RFQ. Three made to order tanks were aquired and put into opertation. These tanks have begun to show wear and leaks and have developed amongst a number of other issues. Temporary solutions have been put in place but are not suitable for longterm operations affecting reliablity of prepardness.
