Work to Be Performed Generally Includes All Labor, Materials, and Equipment Necessary for the Improvements of the Well Site Which is Generally Described as a Pre-cast Meter Vault, Process Piping, Yard Piping, Electrical Gear Slab, Transformer Pads and Grading and Erosion Control as Described in the Construction Plans. This Project Includes the Excavation, Bedding, Concrete, Rebar, Forms, Site Piping, Pitless Adaptors, Process Piping, Valves, Hatches, Electrical, Lighting, and Other Appurtenances Shown on the Plans and Specifications. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish Payment and Performance Bonds and Comply With the Insurance Provision as Specified by the Contract Documents. A 5% Bid Bond Will Be Required. Basis of Award Will Be the Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bid as Determined by the Owner. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Irregularities or to Waive Any Technical Defects in the Bidding Process as the Best Interest of the Owner May Be Served.
