Janitorial Services, NCC Office & Library, Baker Lake, Nunavut The Bid will be evaluated based on the unit prices and estimated quantities rather than the total estimated contract price; therefore, the bidder shall complete and submit the Unit Pricing Table. Unit Prices and Estimated Quantities shall govern. In the event of a calculation error in the Extended Price or Total Estimated Contract value, the total Bid price shall be based upon the recalculated math. (Unit Price x Estimated Quantity). Bid Security is not required with Tenders under $250,000.00. However, if a Bid in excess of $250,000 is acceptable, the successful Bidder may be required to furnish contract security in a form and amount prescribed by the Owner as a condition of contract award. Project awarded - Qamanittuq Development Corporation Ltd. $241,800 The deadline for completion of all work under this contract is on or before: March 31, 2027 Question Deadline 10/11/2024 Questions regarding this RFT should be in writing and received by the Buyer at least 5 working days before the Bid submission deadline (closing date and time). A response to any question received after this cut-off deadline cannot be guaranteed. The GN reserves the right to make any change amendment or clarification to this RFT at any time prior to the closing date and time, including amending the specifications and the closing date and time.
