Demolition and site work for a residential development in Pittston Twp, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The Project consists of the demolition of 2 vacant residential buildings located at 160 Butler St Pittston, PA and 273 North Main St, Pittston, PA including disconnection and termination of existing utilities, erosion and sediment controls, maintenance and protection of traffic, removal of foundations and backfill and stabilization of the site, removal and disposal of waste including asbestos and lead materials, and related work. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. If the project is to exceed $25,000, the following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: PA PRE- VAILING WAGE RATES Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, gender, creed, color, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, religion, dis- ability, national origin, or age.
