Site work for a municipal facility in Ashland, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The scope of the work, without limiting the generality thereof, shall consist of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and supervision to provide two cleared flat areas for a 40x80 flat, level area for an outdoor ice rink (Area 1) and a flat level area for a future storage building, approx. 40x50 (Area 2). For area 1, install 4-6" of processed gravel and compact to create a level base within 1" of level over entire area. For area 2, clear and level to ground only. All disposal of earth materials can be left on site with location TBD by FSU. Bidders to furnish all necessary labor, materials and equipment to clear and level an approximate 40'x50' area and provide a concrete slab. Specifications will be sent in electronic form to interested bidders via email at no cost. Bids are subject to MGL c30-39M and to minimum wage rates as required by MGL c149 26 to 27H inclusive. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
