American Ave Del Rey CA, 93616 Contractor will perform the following Traffic Control Job Site Management Assist with required permits Engineered building & concrete plans Removal and disposal of asphalt/concrete 40 x 150 x 20 Roof structure with 4 wall Return work site to finished condition once installation is completed Questions regarding this bid shall be submitted in writing via email to Louisa Alonzo at louisa.alonzo@fire.ca.gov Verbal questions will NOT be accepted. 10/14/2024- Bid evaluation result provided by District for Award of Contract 09/30/2024-Last date to submit questions to the District The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. District reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all bids, to re-bid or to waive inconsequential defects in bidding not involving time, price, or quality of work. Owner may reject any and all bids and waive any minor irregularities in bids
