Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Demolition and disposal of the existing roof down to the substructure along with all furniture and planters located on the roof terrace when work begins. Furnish and install a new 90 mil EPDM roofing system along with all readjustments to the security fence enclosing the terrace and egress pathway .
