The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (hereinafter the "Authority") is soliciting Trade Contractor Services for the Hynes AHUs and Switchgears Upgrades, a 9-phased approach will be to replace internal parts of the AHUs and the current control systems, as well as completely replace the switchboards, with an estimated cost of $35,000,000 located at 900 Boylston Street. In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149A, sections 1 thru 13, the Authority is seeking a highly qualified and competent Trade Contractors to provide services to implement the construction, between the Summer of 2024 through Spring of 2029.
