Repairs to selected stone pillars and wall at the entrance way to Lynn Woods Reservation at Great Woods Road Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Question Deadline 09/27/2024 at 10:00 AM ET Questions must be emailed to purchasing@lynnma.gov Make repairs to the damaged stone wall adjacent to the Great Woods Road Parking Lot. It is the wall on the right side as you enter the park. This project includes multiple sites including the following. These sites are listed in order from the park entrance moving to the left. 1. Remove and dispose all vines and branches attached to pillars. 2. Repair the small pillar directly adjacent to the private residence at 39 Great Woods Road. 3. Repair damage from fallen tree 19' to the left of small end pillar. 4. Rebuild or repair large pillar on right entering park, re-hang metal gate. 5. Repair lower part of large pillar on left entering park. 6. Starting at the large pillar repair the first 21 ', damage at the 43 ' point and damage extending from 51* to 71'. 7. Starting at the wooden guardrail repair damage at the 31' and 61 ' marks 8. Restore both sides of step opening (169-196'), model the wall after the broken off piece lying just below the steps. 9. Fix damage to wall at these locations, 405', 423' 10. Fix 5 small damaged areas in wall between batting cage and basketball court
