Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Bluefield, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The Mercer County Board of Education invites bids to provide all work, including but not limited to labor, material, equipment, supplies and freight for the assembly of a 20 x 12 x 48 greenhouse that was donated to Montcalm High School, Montcalm, WV. Assemble one 20 x 12 x 48 Growspan Greenhouse Structure. 1. Detailed assembly instructions are included in the bid specifications as Attachment 1 and 2. 2. General contracting tools will be required for the assembly. 3. All parts to assemble the greenhouse are included in the greenhouse kit. 4. Contractor will supply necessary baseboards and ribbon boards as indicated in the assembly instructions. 5. A stone base has been excavated and prepared for the assembly of the greenhouse. 6. A water line with a one inch faucet is the only utility that will need to be installed. The Mercer County Board of Education is requesting bids to provide all work, including but not limited to labor, material, equipment, supplies and transportation for assembly of a recently donated 20 x 12 x 48 greenhouse at Montcalm High School. All bidders must submit a copy of their contractor's license and provide evidence of insurance coverage and compliance with all rules and regulations of the West Virginia workers' compensation laws.
