Request for Proposals from interested parties for asphalt paving within the City Park, in the town limits of Bluefield, Virginia. Pavements shall be as detailed below. Curbing shall be replaced where current curbing will be deemed ineffective and additional curbing may be necessary during construction, as directed by City of Bluefield personnel.
