The City of Bluefield, West Virginia will be seeking sealed bids from licensed contractors interested in providing services to demolish the structures, located at the following addresses within the Corporate City Limits of Bluefield West Virginia. 134 Balsam Street Accessory Structure Boone Street Map 18 Parcel 175 118 Ellis Street 208 Ellis Street 216 Floyd Street 1020 Greenbrier Street 1009 Hanover Street 1500 Highland Avenue 224 Kidd Street 137 Larch Street 1004 Longview Avenue 1218 Lyndale Avenue 212 Mulberry Street 216 Mulberry Street Norfolk Street Map 5 Parcel 53 1221 Norfolk Street 1228 Norfolk Street 1305 Norfolk Street 318 Reese Street 1213 Spokane Avenue 319 Stowers Street 601 Union Street 1204 View Avenue 1208 View Avenue 319 Vine Street In accordance with the job description. The City of Bluefield reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals. . The awarded contractor must come to Bluefield City Hall and sign a noice to proceed with demolition when the Code Enforcement Official has advised the document is prepared. Contractors will be given 100 DAYS to complete all the work listed.
