Bluefield Housing Authority is currently taking bids for grass mowing. Contractor shall be responsible for: a) Furnishing all equipment, gasoline, supplies, etc. necessary to mow the grounds of Tiffany Manor and King Bridge Apartments; b) Mow and trim all areas within Tiffany Manor and King Bridge Apartments as designated by the Housing Authority representative, (embankments, front, back and side yards; trim sidewalks and curbs), as indicated on the walk through of the development during pre-bid site visit; c) Sweep/blow all grass off sidewalks immediately after mowing; d) Pick up all trash prior to mowing, so that no trash is mowed over or around; e) Be considerate and courteous to all residents, and shall be cautious of children playing around areas to be mowed; f) Shall complete the mowing within 48 hours once started, as long as weather permits; g) Shall maintain mowing equipment is in safe conditions for safety of residents and buildings; h) To maintain liability insurance in the amount of $100,000 during the period of the contract and to provide proof of the same upon request;
