Renovation of a medical facility in Bluefield, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 13,000-square-foot, four-story above grade medical facility.
Renovations of Its Medical Education Center Phase 1 Bid questions shall be directed to Paul Rutherford director of purchasing prutherford@ bluefieldstate.edu The Medical Education Center ñ Phase 1 (Project) consists of interior alterations and renovations of the existing Second Floor to become a new Medical Education Center located at 450 Cherry Street, Bluefield, West Virginia 24701. The Project area is approximately 13,000 square feet and comprises a portion of the Second Floor of the existing four-story building. A full description of the work is contained within the Project Manual Section 01 10 00 Summary of Work.
