Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Bluefield, West Virginia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Bluefield, on behalf of Parks and Rec, is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified firms for a firm to design, furnish and install a splash park at Lotito City Park. The proposal should reflect all costs associated with the project. Engineering, site work, the installation/construction of the pad, features, and some materials, specified herein, are to be provided by the Proposer. Delivery of the Materials to site shall be included in Proposers' submissions. The City of Bluefield reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to negotiate with the successful offeror(s). All questions submitted no later than noon on Thursday, January 11, 2024.
