Project Description: The work will consist of the replacement of existing windows and exterior facade improvements, Phase 1. project scope generally includes removal and replacement of existing windows, removal and replacement of all exterior quarry tile, removal and replacement of certain existing entrances and storefront, refurbishment of existing wooden storefronts and replacement of single-pane glazing with insulated glazing units in the existing wooden storefronts. alternate bids substitute metal panels and mcm panels in lieu of the tile replacement. Removal of quarry tile cladding, installing quarry tile cladding and/or metal panels and MCM panels; removal of select areas of wood storefront and replacement with aluminum storefront, and complete interior and exterior refurbishment of wood storefront and doors. B. All Contract Work for the project shall be performed between June 18, 2025 and August 29, 2025.
