Renovation of a water / sewer project in New Castle, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Project involves the replacement of (4) rooftop air handling units and (1) split system air handling unit serving the facility. The units to be replaced are of varying capacities Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to ten percent of the bid amount and all additive alternates. The successful bidder must post a performance bond and payment bond in a sum equal to 100 percent of the contract price upon execution of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein. Plans are available for this project. To obtain a set, please contact the owner If you have questions regarding craft training programs, please submit all questions in writing to the Delaware Department of Labor at: apprenticeship@delaware.gov.
