The protest must be submitted in writing no later than 48 hours after the bid opening. Protests must be made in writing to the Purchasing agent, Melissa Freeman at mfreeman@cityoftybee.org, Questions regarding payment may be directed to the Accounting Department at 912-472-5024 or City of Tybee Islands Project Manager as specified in the contract documents.
