Renovation of a residential development in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
This project is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended. Preference may be given in accordance with 24 CFR 135 and the CMHA procurement policy. The Construction Time is 120 calendar days after receiving the "Notice to Proceed" questions concerning this solicitation are to be directed via email to procurement@cintimha.com Responses to questions will be posted as an addendum to the CMHA website at online. Question Deadline 10/11/2024 at 4:00 PM ET The Prevailing Wages shall be paid for a legal day's work to laborers, workmen or mechanics engaged in work under this Contract, at the site of the Project, in the trade or occupation listed. The successful bidder shall furnish an assurance of completion prior to the execution of any contract under this solicitation in the for of a performance and payment bond in a penal sum of 100 percent of the contract price. The Authority reserves the right to reject and not consider any proposal that does not meet the requirements of this BID, including but not necessarily limited to incomplete proposals and/or proposals offering alternate or non-requested services, proposals deemed non-responsive, respondents deemed not responsible, and conditional proposals. It is the responsibility of all bidders to monitor the website and review all addenda posted associated with this bid. Responses for questions received after this date and time will beposted at CMHA's discretion.
