Renovation of a municipal facility in Jefferson, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Ashe County Board of Commissioners is seeking a qualified firm to assist with a redesign of the mechanical systems at the Ashe County Courthouse. The County's intent is to retain a consulting firm with the qualifications and staff resources necessary to perform comprehensive assessments of existing mechanical systems, provide replacement system recommendations, provide project management, and oversight services upon request, and to assist in development of a maintenance operations plan to be implemented by existing county staff. The chosen firm will assist the County with an assessment of existing equipment, provide replacement system recommendations, efficiency improvements, construction management and development of operations and management. After the submission deadline, if the appropriate number of proposals are received, the County will begin the selections process. The Ashe County Board of Commissioners will tentatively select a firm by October 7, 2024
