Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Madisonville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and road / highway.
The City of Madisonville Parks Department is requesting bids for the following projects to expand and develop 3 pickleball courts which will be approximately 100x60 in area. It is located at the metal pavilion at 214 Industrial Park Lane at the Kefauver Park football field in Madisonville, TN. All projects need a separate sealed bid and each job is required to be performed by a qualified contractor. 1. Paving 1.5 asphalt overlay on top of the existing concrete surface. 2. Resurfacing of the pickleball court with a durable, high-quality material ensuring durability and optimal playability. Layout and striping will also be required with nets and center straps installed. 3. Fencing around the entire pickleball court 6 tall, black powdercoat.
