Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Bend, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project consists of a crosswalk, driveway aprons, sidewalk & street light. Construction shall proceed once the "Notice To Proceed" has been issued. Dates for construction shall be the following: Work may commence in the fall of 2024 once the City of Bend has issued a Notice to Proceed for the Right of Way work, and work shall be complete by March 31, 2025. Project Location: Tax Lot: 171222CC04303 (Adjacent to Canal Row Park, 1630 NE Butler Market Road, Bend, OR 97701). Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of (5%) five percent of the bid amount. The successful bidder shall file with the District, at the time of execution of the Contract, a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each of not less than the Contract price. A Certificate of Insurance will also be provided at this time with amounts called for in the bid documents and naming the District as an additional insured with respects to the project.. Procurement Substitution requests must be received at least seven (7) day prior to the Bid Date and Time. The District may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause all bids upon a finding of the District that it is in the public interest to do so.
