Conceptual plans call for the addition of a 60,000-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
One-Two Sentences Cameron Hall, a two-story building built in 1988 with approximately 60,000 SF, is the home of Cameron School of Business. A renovation of the existing building is anticipated to improve or replace MEP systems, enhance accessibility, refresh interior finishes, and provide spaces for informal student interaction. An expansion is anticipated to provide space for growing academic programs such as cybersecurity and information technology, and includes classrooms, research labs, offices, innovation, study, and collaboration areas The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. In order to offer architectural or engineering services in response to this solicitation, the proposer must be licensed in the State of North Carolina.
