Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Wilmington, North Carolina. As of July 2026, the project is in design. A construction manager has been selected. Subcontractor prequalification is scheduled for September 2026. Construction starts April 2027. and conclude in the summer of 2028.
