Project Scope: Furnish all labor, materials, tools, taxes, safety, insurances, equipment, hoisting, cranes, supervision, and all other incidentals necessary to accomplish all construction and demolition activities described in the attached plans and specifications by LS3P (bid/permit set issued 8/21/2024) for the renovation and alteration of an existing 14,100 sf Type 2B construction building.
